Mo/Me is the way to go. Throw on zealot's and channeling, get in the fray (as you should be), and start spamming stuff like RoF and guardian on yourself. Provided you get a good amount of people (5 is optimal) around you, you can keep this up indefinitely. If you're feeling lucky, you can run divine boon for some crazy healing on yourself, although running the risk of emptying your energy very quickly.
Your biggest challenge will be to get a lot of enemies around you. You manage to do that and you're good to go. Most will spread out as soon as they see what's going on, but in certain situations (king of the hill, HoH), there's no way to avoid it and you'll be kicking ass. Once you surround yourself by a lot of enemies, it's near impossible to stop you. Mesmer energy drains won't hurt since you're making most of your energy instead of running off of your supply. Distracting shot could really suck, so make sure to bring at least 2 spammable spells. Most damage you should be able to just shake off due to constant spell spam.
Max out smiting, everything else split evenly between divine and protection and around 7 in inspiration (for 30s channeling).
Some required spells:
Reversal (spam skill)
Guardian (spam skill)
Channeling (energy)
Zealot's fire (damage)
Smite hex (for those backfires/other pesky hexes)
? Divine boon (this is highly spammable and heals you like crazy, but will run you out of energy very quickly if you don't surround yourself with many enemies)
a few optional skills:
Protective spirit (always good to have)
Spellbreaker {e} (good for protection)
Signet of Judgement {e} (good for ass kicking)
Balthazar's aura (good but too high cost)
Symbol of wrath (always good to have cheap, extra damage)
Rez Signet (self explanatory)
note: if you go with divine boon, get rid of guardian. I'd still keep reversal, just in case boon gets disabled or you run out of energy.
